We’ll help with replacements, returns, or refunds if you contact us within 3 days of getting your order. You can even ask for a return or refund before you receive the product. But after 3 days from delivery, we can’t process any requests.
Here’s when we’ll handle replacements or returns:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- If you got the wrong item.
- If it’s unused and in the original packaging.
- If you show us proof of purchase.
- If it’s under warranty.
- Customized items or pooja boxes can’t be returned.
How Returns and Refunds Work:
- Share your receipt and a photo if the product is damaged or wrong.
- We’ll refund only the product’s value, not the whole purchase.
- After you request a return, we’ll arrange a pick-up within 3-5 days. Once we get it back and check its quality, we’ll start your refund.
- Pack the product carefully. If it arrives damaged, you won’t get a refund.
- We’ll email you to confirm when we receive and approve your return.
- Prepaid orders get refunded in 7-21 days. For Cash on Delivery, it’s within 7 days after approval.
If you change your mind or aren’t happy with the product, you need to send it back to us. We’ll check it and then process the refund. You cover the return shipping, though.
In short, we’ll confirm your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. Then, it’ll take about 15 more days to complete. So, you’ll get your refund within 21 days of us getting the product back.

Exchanges:
We only do exchanges for products with manufacturing defects. You need to ask within 5 days of delivery.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Share your receipt and a photo if there’s an issue.
- We’ll only exchange the faulty item, not the whole order.
- Pack it carefully, or we won’t accept it.
- After we get the item, we’ll email you to confirm.
In short, we’ll confirm the exchange within 7 days of getting the item. Then, it’ll take about 15 more days to complete. So, you’ll get the exchange sorted within 21 days of us getting the product back.
