We accept returns or refunds if you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You can also request a refund before the product arrives. After 3 days from delivery, we won’t be able to help. Returns are accepted only if the item is wrong, defective, unused, in original packaging, with valid proof of purchase, or under warranty. Customized items and pooja boxes are not returnable. To start a return or refund, email your receipt and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a pick-up in 3 to 5 days. Refunds apply only to the product value, not the full order or shipping. Carefully pack the item—if it’s damaged on return, we won’t refund. Refunds for prepaid orders take 7 to 21 days. For Cash on Delivery, it takes up to 7 days after approval. If you change your mind, you can return the item at your own cost. We confirm refunds within 7 days of getting the product and complete the process within 21 days.
