We accept returns or refunds if you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You can also request a refund before the product arrives. After 3 days from delivery, we won’t be able to help. To start a return or refund, email your receipt and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a pick-up in 3 to 5 days. Refunds apply only to the product value, not the full order or shipping. Carefully pack the item—if it’s damaged on return, we won’t refund. Refunds for prepaid orders take 7 to 21 days. For Cash on Delivery, it takes up to 7 days after approval. If you change your mind, you can return the item at your own cost. We confirm refunds within 7 days of getting the product and complete the process within 21 days.
